14x36 posters, or "insert" posters, are a type of movie posters than were used by theatres until the late 1980's.  These poster, which measure 14"x36", are printed on a heavier card stock and are rolled.  Because these posters are shipped in sturdy mailing tubes, shipping rates are slightly higher for this type of poster.
